Québec City

 We chose Camping Transit because it offers a free shuttle to Lévis and the  ferry terminal. 

It was a refreshing 7º, felt like 4º with a brisk wind.

We took the 8:45 shuttle and caught the 9:00 a.m. ferry across to Québec City. The crossing takes 12 minutes and runs every ½ hour. We paid senior rates, $7.20 each return.

We spent the first hour taking in  the lower city and browsing through the numerous shops.

We then took the Unitours Hop-On Hop- Off "Red Line" tour with 16 stops. Our ticket cost $57.48 each. The bus was full. We sat up top; it was quite brisk! The commentary was excellent. We both learned things we never knew about Québec.
